📋 Description

• Promote and renew assigned Pearl Insurance / AVMA coverage(s) to existing clients by phone, email, mail, and fax • Answer policyholder and insurance broker inquiries through the call center regarding current coverage(s) and upcoming renewals • Conduct high-volume customer contact to promote and renew coverage(s) • Sell ancillary products to clients • Facilitate client applications and the underwriting process with the internal underwriter • Send applications, finalize applications and applicable forms, and prepare submission information • Follow up with clients when additional underwriting information is needed • Present quotes or estimates, close sales, and seek market intelligence when renewals are not closed • Document sales activities in the CRM system • Build and maintain customer relationships after the first year of coverage • Back up other Client Relations Account Representatives when unavailable

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field • Previous sales and/or customer service experience, preferably within the insurance industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interface effectively at all levels within an organization • Property and Casualty insurance license required, or the ability to obtain • Ability to conduct high-volume customer contact by phone, email, mail, and fax • CRM system proficiency
