📋 Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue and market growth. • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and partners. • Lead, mentor, and develop the business development team to enhance performance and achieve targets. • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction. • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of success. • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. • Ability to analyze market data and make strategic decisions. • Experience in budget management and sales forecasting.
