📋 Description

• Investigate, evaluate, and manage casualty and environmental liability claims • Collaborate with attorneys, insureds, brokers, consultants, and other industry professionals • Complete accurate and timely coverage, liability, damage investigations, analysis, and evaluations on complex claims • Make coverage determinations and draft and communicate written positions to insureds and other required parties • Set and manage reserves and proactively managing litigation and counsel • Represent the company at meetings with management and carriers and at mediation and trial

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS College Degree required • JD degree preferred • 3 to 5 years related work experience, preferably handling liability and/or clean-up claims, or working in a legal position • Complex auto liability experience a plus • Excellent verbal and writing skills and solid coverage analysis and drafting experience • An aptitude for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating technical, legal and medical information
