📋 Description

• Lead the strategic development and oversight of the organization’s cybersecurity program • Define security roadmaps and manage risk across the software delivery pipeline • Ensure products meet high standards of data protection • Design and manage the enterprise-wide information security strategy aligned with SDLC and business goals • Lead risk assessments and vendor security reviews • Integrate SAST/DAST security automation into CI/CD pipelines • Oversee the security incident response program and lead investigations during high-priority security events • Ensure compliance with SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and related frameworks • Manage external audits and certification processes • Develop security training for non-technical staff and secure-coding workshops for developers • Present security posture reports to senior management and board members • Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of SaaS platforms and customer data • Implement security controls across software development and deployment processes • Foster a proactive security-first mindset across departments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Management Information Systems, or a related field • 7–10+ years of experience in information security • At least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity • Proven experience in a software development or "Software as a Service" (SaaS) environment • Familiarity with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization, and automated security testing tools • Deep understanding of software-relevant compliance standards (NIST, SOC2, ISO) • CISSP or CISM is highly preferred • Ability to lead technical teams and influence organizational change without direct authority • Expert at analyzing evolving cyber threats and designing creative, scalable mitigation strategies • Ability to translate deeply technical security vulnerabilities into business-impact terms for executive stakeholders • Ability to anticipate future security trends and prepare the organization accordingly • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm during active security incidents • Strong attention to detail in security policy and implementation • Ability to balance strict security controls with developers' operational needs
