📋 Description

• Own the vision and roadmap for Atom Engine content • Identify content gaps, define requirements, and prioritize what to build next • Improve the process for requesting, scoping, creating, validating, maintaining, and reusing content • Identify workflow bottlenecks and prioritize improvements to supporting tools • Establish expectations for the accuracy, consistency, usability, and fitness for purpose of scenarios, units, and entities • Resolve ambiguity and manage competing requests so content specialists can focus on delivery • Collaborate across product, engineering, design, and domain experts to align content needs with product capabilities and dependencies • Use exercise feedback, user research, and production data to assess content effectiveness and guide improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning strategy and execution for a complex product, content portfolio, or production workflow • Strong product judgment and ability to prioritize competing needs and translate broad goals into actionable requirements • Deep understanding of simulation technologies and workflows • Systems-oriented approach to improving processes while balancing quality, speed, maintainability, and scale • Clear, concise communication and ability to build alignment across technical teams, domain experts, and senior leadership • Collaborative, pragmatic approach with respect for specialist expertise and confidence to make decisions • Comfort working autonomously, navigating ambiguity, and taking accountability for results • Understanding of, or strong interest in, the military and defense technology space • U.S. citizenship • Legal authorization to work in the United States
