📋 Description

• Own product strategy, roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution • Lead customer discovery efforts to understand user needs, market opportunities, and business challenges • Partner with customers, stakeholders, design, and engineering teams to identify and validate solutions • Drive products from discovery through launch, measurement, and continuous improvement • Balance customer needs, business objectives, technical considerations, and market opportunities when making product decisions • Facilitate product research, experimentation, and rapid prototyping initiatives • Evaluate product opportunities based on customer value, business impact, engineering effort, and revenue potential • Lead and develop a team consisting of two Product Owners and one Product Analyst • Conduct coaching, mentoring, performance management, and career development conversations • Present recommendations, business cases, and product strategies to senior leaders and executive stakeholders • Help mature product management practices across the organization • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to drive product success

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements • 5+ years of Product Management experience within a SaaS or software product environment • Proven experience leading product discovery and customer research initiatives • Experience owning product strategy, roadmap development, and prioritization • Demonstrated success taking products from discovery through launch and iteration • Experience managing, mentoring, or developing Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, or similar roles • Strong ability to identify root customer problems and translate insights into product opportunities • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills • Ability to operate effectively within ambiguous or evolving environments • Strong business acumen and commercial decision-making skills • Experience influencing executive stakeholders and driving alignment across teams • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution • Nice to have: Experience working in high-growth SaaS organizations • Nice to have: Consulting or advisory experience • Nice to have: Experience with AI-enabled products, automation platforms, or emerging technologies • Nice to have: Experience evaluating build-versus-buy decisions and third-party software integrations • Nice to have: Exposure to insurance, insurtech, fintech, or other regulated industries • Nice to have: Experience building products for enterprise customers • Nice to have: Familiarity with customer intelligence, customer engagement, or voice AI solutions • Nice to have: Experience helping organizations modernize mature software platforms
