📋 Description

• Own the connective tissue between marketing and product at Kraken Consumer • Define the marketing product roadmap, intake model and collaboration standards • Build product surfaces supporting paid social, search, affiliates and offline acquisition campaigns • Shape mobile acquisition through in-product social, creator partnerships, community and friend-referral mechanics • Own user acquisition and reactivation lifecycle initiatives • Design and launch campaign experiences across push, email, social, paid, in-app and web channels • Improve lifecycle messaging and conversion • Own incentives for new and returning users, including offers, referrals, recurring deposits and earn-led campaigns • Identify funnel leaks and run experiments to improve conversion • Improve landing page and search performance • Build foundations that make paid and offline channels measurable • Partner with marketing, design, engineering and data as the growth-enablement owner • Define and report acquisition and reactivation metrics, including unsuccessful experiment results • Contribute to Kraken Consumer, a crypto platform offering spot trading, margin, futures, staking and OTC services

🎯 Requirements

• More than 5 years working as a Product Manager • More than 2 years working within Growth marketing • Experience owning a marketing product roadmap end to end • Experience designing and launching tailored campaign experiences across in-app and web journeys • Experience with lifecycle messaging, including push and email • Experience with offers, referral mechanics, recurring deposits and earn-led campaigns • Experience applying user psychology and UX thinking to optimize conversion funnels • Experience improving landing page and search performance • Experience building product foundations for measuring paid and offline channels • Ability to partner with marketing, design, engineering and data teams • Ability to define and report acquisition and reactivation metrics • Applicants may be asked to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments • Must select a city and country of work • Must disclose whether work authorization sponsorship will be needed
