📋 Description

• Build the Total Rewards infrastructure for Awayday’s growing, multi-brand hospitality and vacation rental platform • Report directly to the VP of Strategic Design • Partner with the executive team and private equity sponsors • Design and execute compensation, benefits, and rewards programs • Own enterprise-wide compensation architecture, including pay bands, job leveling, and FLSA standards • Design, administer, and communicate the Management Incentive Plan (MIP) • Develop short- and long-term incentive programs tied to performance outcomes • Lead benefits strategy, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), leave programs, and open enrollment • Conduct people analytics, including pay equity audits, retention modeling, and board-ready reporting • Support M&A integration by assessing acquired companies’ total rewards programs • Partner with Finance on data and analysis and interact frequently with the PE sponsor • Create structure in ambiguous environments and own outcomes end-to-end

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience in compensation and benefits • Experience in private-equity-backed, multi-site environments • Hands-on experience with Management Incentive Plans (MIP), long-term incentives (LTI), or executive compensation programs • Expert-level benchmarking skills using Radford, Mercer, or WTW • Strong HRIS fluency with Workday, ADP, UKG, or Paycom • Ability to partner with Finance on data and analysis • Ability to interact frequently with the private equity sponsor • Builder mentality with ownership of outcomes end-to-end • CCP or CBP designation is a plus, not required • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future
