📋 Description
• Execute, maintain, and continuously improve the standard operating model for Retirement Solutions business • Translate platform strategy and standards into actionable workflows • Own the library of retirement standards and maintain current process documentation • Define solution criteria and manage testing processes for new systems • Monitor KPIs and platform usage data • Develop internal documentation and create knowledge articles
🎯 Requirements
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship • Experience with service delivery workflows • Familiarity with Salesforce and third-party tools such as Fi360 • Knowledge in operational standards and governance mechanisms • Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement
