📋 Description

• Write in-depth, opinionated content on security, compliance, and audit topics including SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and penetration testing • Turn internal knowledge, founder rants, technical deep-dives, and customer-call arguments into authoritative content • Conduct deep research using standards, frameworks, primary sources, and expert input • Develop Oneleet’s precise, opinionated, substance-backed writing voice • Optimize content for search and AI answer engines without compromising quality • Produce long-form, source-grade writing for reuse across content and community channels • Run an editorial calendar and maintain a consistent publishing cadence

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years writing technical content, ideally in B2B SaaS, security, compliance, or a domain where accuracy is critical • Sharp, opinionated, structurally clean writing with no filler • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-experts while satisfying experts • Researcher’s instinct: read standards, frameworks, and primary sources and distinguish opinion from fact • Rebellious, independent writing perspective • Obsessive attention to accuracy and ability to substantiate published claims • Self-starter with ability to improve on a brief • Comfortable using AI tools without compromising voice or standards • Genuine curiosity about security and compliance, or ability to learn quickly • Comfortable working remotely in the EST time zone • Writing samples and published work required as part of the application
