📋 Description

• Develop compelling and effective creatives for social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and brand identity (C.I.) and to improve campaign effectiveness • Develop creative concepts and translate them into visually compelling designs • Continuously analyze and optimize social ad performance using feedback and performance data • Create visual concepts and assets for landing pages and implement them using AI-assisted page-builder software • Produce reports, infographics, and presentation designs • Develop creatives for Google Display Ads and image extensions

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within social media advertising and marketing • Strong proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Experience creating static and animated ads for Meta (Facebook), Instagram, and LinkedIn • Initial experience using AI assistants to develop concepts and visual content • Ability to understand user needs and craft both appealing and functional designs • Strong aesthetic sensibility and the ability to quickly produce creative, innovative design solutions • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken • Structured, organized work approach and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
