📋 Description

• Support the Benefit & Employee Services Team • Utilize Workday and Zendesk ticketing technologies • Process myFlexWallet tasks • Provide professional and timely service to internal and external customers • Provide Workday platform navigation and access assistance • Support performance metrics and service level agreement statistics for written and verbal cases • Escalate service delivery issues to on-site Leads and Corporate contacts as appropriate • Participate in ongoing functional-area training • Build partnerships within the department and organization • Identify and document process improvements, innovation, process changes, and automation opportunities • Meet or exceed performance standards • Perform other duties assigned by the Manager

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • 1–2 years of customer service or related experience and/or training • Fluency written/spoken in Spanish required • Must be able to work 10am to 7pm • Ability to learn basic Employee Self Service functionality for the Workday platform • Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and HRIS • Effective communication skills via telephone, email, and in-person • Ability to adapt and display a positive attitude • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Outstanding interpersonal skills and professionalism • Punctuality and adherence to a set schedule, with extra hours as needed • Ability to cope in a fast-paced, demanding environment and manage sensitive, confidential issues • Analytical, research, and follow-up skills • Ability to multitask • Bachelor's degree preferred
