📋 Description

• Support the Employee Services Team utilizing Workday, case management, knowledge base, and contact center technologies • Provide professional and timely service to internal and external customers • Process benefit-related changes such as life-status changes, address changes, etc. • Resolve benefit administration service issues with internal staff and outside Vendors • Counsel employees regarding benefit programs, including plan features, procedures, eligibility, and premium information • Perform monthly reconciliation of Carrier invoices to report to customers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 2-5 years of related benefits experience and/or training • Customer Service experience • Knowledge of group life and health, federal regulations (Section 125, ERISA, COBRA) • Must be able to cope in a fast-paced environment • Professional communication skills • Proficient PC Skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, HRIS, etc.)
