📋 Description

• Lead business-wide financial planning and reporting activities • Create and enhance standard finance reporting packages and metrics for the Mortgage Originations business and channels including forward, B2B and B2C • Maintain and enhance financial models and analytics supporting business strategy, including operational capacity models and costs • Partner with Data Science & Analytics and other leaders to build analytics and strategies, including Capital Markets and Corporate Development • Partner with the CFO and Finance team on shareholder relations analytics and supporting materials, R/Y/G matrix, and valuation • Lead the finance data warehouse launch and support financial systems redesign and enhancements • Set objectives and key results supporting Service Excellence standards and monitor delivery to increase customer satisfaction • Promote and instill a high-performing team culture • Develop a dynamic and agile team while leveraging automation to streamline functions and grow analytical curiosity • Foster talent, improve business acumen, support retention, and support change management initiatives • Allocate resources and drive accountability for direct reports to achieve results

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred • 8-10 years of financial planning and analysis experience in the financial services industry, preferably with mortgage experience • Ability to analyze economic basis of deals and legal implications for financial and reporting requirements • Basic financial modeling experience • Successful track record of developing strong relationships across a broad range of leadership functions • Very strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to translate complex accounting terms into plain English • Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, constantly changing environment • Must pass the Company’s Background Screening process prior to beginning employment • May be required to pass client-specific background check requirements or Federal/State licensing requirements, if applicable
