📋 Description

• Provide highly visible customer support through on-site installation and diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems • Serve as company liaison with customers on technical matters for assigned projects at the Hsinchu site, reporting to the Site Service Manager • Analyze problems of moderate scope across a variety of factors • Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action • Perform installation, repair, retrofits, upgrades, and preventive maintenance on customer-site equipment • Maintain and manage an assigned installation equipment base, including primary support, forecasting, customer support meetings, and regular customer communication • Travel to customer sites globally • Deliver tool knowledge and BKM to customer sites from the mother fab • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience • Bachelor's degree • Able to travel to customer sites globally, up to 60% travel • U.S. export licensing review may be necessary for applicants who are not U.S. Citizens, Permanent Residents, or other protected persons under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) for positions requiring access to technical data
