It provides 7-day/week ground services (OnTrac Ground, Ground Essentials), an upcoming coast-to-coast 2–3 day OnTrac Express service, and custom logistics solutions for B2B and critical deliveries (including healthcare/pharma and aircraft-on-ground repair). OnTrac also runs partner programs (FasTrac), supports independent drivers and regional service providers, and emphasizes faster, lower-cost ground delivery options for retailers and DTC brands along with community impact initiatives.

📋 Description

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for logistics, transportation, and operational technology initiatives • Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with operational realities • Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve network efficiency, cost structure, safety, scalability, and service performance • Develop business cases, success metrics, and investment trade-offs to guide prioritization and execution • Use data analytics, automation, and emerging technologies to improve operational outcomes • Translate customer and operational needs into clear product, functional, and technical requirements • Manage delivery milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams and systems • Navigate operational, technical, and regulatory considerations affecting logistics and transportation products • Assess product performance using real-world results and continuously refine solutions • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to launch products enabling smarter network operations, increased visibility, and data-driven decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Expert knowledge of network performance data and product, program, or technology management within a logistics environment • Expert knowledge of systems integration, operational platforms, and asset management technologies • Exceptional skills in data analytics, business intelligence tools, and systems integration • Understand and adhere to the security guidelines outlined in OnTrac’s Acceptable Use policy • Ability to communicate at a high level, influence decision-making, and facilitate collaboration across internal and external stakeholders • Ability to balance long-term product vision with hands-on execution and operate effectively through ambiguity • Ability to address complex and unique challenges by evaluating intangible factors and their potential impact • Ability to use conceptual thinking to understand advanced issues and broader operational, technical, and business implications • Ability to lead and actively contribute to company objectives and guiding principles
