📋 Description

• Lead territory design, optimization, governance, route restructuring, and geographic realignment initiatives across the RSP network • Support facility launches and develop capacity strategies and peak-readiness plans • Partner on carrier sourcing and recruitment strategies while managing carrier concentration and leverage risks • Analyze network performance, identify optimization opportunities, and develop business cases for network investments and design changes • Provide cross-functional support for technology, onboarding, and operational transformation initiatives • Deliver executive reporting and strategic recommendations related to network design and performance • Draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements, customer contracts, NDAs, service agreements, and licensing arrangements • Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies • Identify contractual risks, provide stakeholder guidance, and address performance or compliance issues • Maintain a centralized contract repository and manage contract lifecycle processes • Develop standard templates, playbooks, and best practices for contract management • Monitor contract performance and compliance while supporting audits, regulatory reviews, and internal contract reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Expert understanding of industry principles and terminology • Knowledge of standard office software and technologies • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain professionalism • Responsibility to understand and adhere to the security guidelines outlined in OnTrac’s Acceptable Use policy
