📋 Description

• Serve as business owner for OnTrac’s Regional Service Provider contract strategy, carrier economics, and commercial negotiations • Lead RSP contract development, renewals, bids, and renegotiations • Draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements, customer contracts, NDAs, service agreements, and licensing arrangements • Develop carrier pricing strategies, negotiation frameworks, cost models, forecasts, and should-cost analyses • Drive Driver CPP and network cost optimization initiatives while overseeing settlement governance and financial controls • Provide commercial support for facility launches, network changes, and peak planning • Deliver executive reporting and strategic recommendations regarding carrier economics, contract performance, and Last Mile network financial performance • Partner with Procurement, Sales, Finance, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Carrier Relations • Ensure contract compliance, identify and mitigate contractual risks, and address performance and compliance issues • Maintain a centralized contract repository, manage contract lifecycle processes, develop templates and playbooks, and support audits and regulatory reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Expert understanding of industry principles and terminology • Knowledge of standard office software and technologies • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain professionalism • Must understand and adhere to OnTrac’s Acceptable Use policy and security guidelines
