The company emphasizes faster, lower-cost alternatives to legacy carriers and 7-day/week delivery programs to improve conversion and repeat purchases for merchants.

📋 Description

• Build and maintain financial models to support long-range planning, annual budgeting, quarterly re-forecasting, and ongoing financial performance analysis across the OnTrac network. • Automate existing models and tools to contribute in scale-up of the Transportation Network. • Support commercial planning, revenue forecasting, and top-line performance analysis, with a focus on customer mix, revenue mix, pricing, volume, and other key business drivers. • Develop business cases and perform ROI analyses to evaluate investment opportunities, strategic initiatives, and investment decisions. • Own weekly and monthly variance analysis, and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly results reporting. • Evaluate and improve methodologies that support core business models, tools, and financial processes. • Collaborate with operations personnel to drive process improvements, productivity gains, and cost savings initiatives. • Facilitate financial review meetings with key partner business groups to discuss results, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 2–5 years of experience in a related field • Excellent Microsoft Office skillset, particularly Excel, SQL, Power BI, and large data analysis • Ability to travel up to 10%
