• Lead core FP&A processes and monthly financial analysis • Validate assumptions, reconcile outputs, identify anomalies, and apply accounting and finance principles • Own annual operating expense planning and forecasting processes • Manage allocation methodologies and conduct trend analysis • Develop expertise in financial drivers, enterprise financials, foundational data models, and complex consolidations • Lead complex initiatives from concept through execution without direct authority • Create structure in ambiguous situations and keep deliverables and milestones on track • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, consistency, and reporting quality • Serve as a trusted resource for peers and elevate analytical quality and process discipline • Support deeper analysis, stronger business partnership, and continued FP&A team growth
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field required • 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, financial reporting, accounting, or related financial analysis functions • Strong financial and accounting knowledge • Ability to independently evaluate results and challenge assumptions • Experience leading complex financial processes and managing multiple workstreams • Ability to maintain momentum and communicate status effectively • Clear and concise communication skills • Experience preparing executive-level analyses, presentations, and recommendations • Ability to work within Pacific, Mountain, or Central Time Zones preferred • Financial services or insurance industry experience preferred • Experience with enterprise-level FP&A and operating expense management preferred • CPA, CFA, or experience with Workday, Power BI, Tableau, Adaptive Planning, Hyperion, or similar tools preferred • Successful completion of criminal background investigation and employment, education, and licensing verification required • Must be bondable
