📋 Description

• Develop and lead enterprise claims strategies, including forecasting models, resource optimization, and KPI frameworks • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and embed proactive quality management frameworks into service delivery • Plan, implement, and streamline procedures, systems, and information flow • Design and build scalable reporting tools and dashboards for visibility, transparency, and data-driven decision-making • Set and manage the departmental budget and allocate resources effectively • Deliver executive-level insights and recommendations to influence senior leadership and improve operational performance • Hire, manage, schedule, and develop teams • Coach employees, conduct performance evaluations, and handle corrective action, discipline, and termination recommendations • Translate organizational goals into actionable plans that improve claims performance and scalability • Lead major projects affecting multiple areas across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience, including management experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Deep understanding of claims, data analytics, policies, and workflows, with awareness of adjacent functions • Strong financial literacy to manage budgets and determine team ROI • Knowledge of high-volume transaction environments and automation • Responsibility to understand and adhere to OnTrac’s Acceptable Use policy and security guidelines
