📋 Description

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular visits, phone calls, and account performance reviews. • Seek to understand the customers’ needs through fact-finding, regular follow-ups, and learning their business. • Solve problems and provide solutions for customers through product offerings and solutions. • Identify, approach, and connect with customers for business development and portfolio expansion. • Develop plans to acquire new customers through direct sales and relationship building. • Execute targeted sales campaigns and product demonstrations. • Utilize data analytics to optimize sales strategies and market growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in outside sales or business development • Associate degree or relevant equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in CRM tools • Ability to articulate compelling use cases and value propositions to customers • Willingness to travel, approximately 25% of the time
