📋 Description

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with variance analysis and commentary • Analyze financial statements, trends, and KPIs to provide actionable management insights • Assist with annual budgets and periodic forecasts across departments • Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts and recommend corrective actions • Support strategic planning through financial analysis, scenario analyses, and financial simulations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and support decision-making • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and the Board • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems • Assist with implementing new financial tools and technologies • Provide analysis and support for special projects and initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field • 4–6 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a related financial role • Strong knowledge of accounting and corporate finance • Ability to explain the interconnection of the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement • Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis • Experience with financial software or ERP systems is a plus • Excellent communication skills for presenting financial information to financial and non-financial stakeholders • Attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team • Comfort learning new business models, navigating ambiguous data, and shifting priorities • Prior FP&A experience in HealthTech, Digital Health, or Pharmacy operations is preferred • Startup or early-stage experience is preferred • M&A modeling or corporate development experience is preferred • Private Equity or Investment Banking experience is a plus
