📋 Description

• Manage People Team projects end to end, including scoping, workstream definition, ownership, and delivery • Build relationships across HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and other teams • Identify project stakeholders and keep them aligned from kickoff through close • Build and maintain project charters, RACI matrices, timelines, status updates, risk logs, and decision records • Build change management plans covering review and sign-off cycles, training, enablement, and communications • Drive decisions, manage risks and dependencies, and maintain stakeholder alignment • Partner on the People aspects of subsidiary integrations, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, recruiting, HR systems, policy alignment, organizational structure, compensation, and compliance • Coach People Team members running their own projects • Own project-management tooling, including Monday workflow design and governance for the People team • Identify, build, and test AI-enabled process improvements and share effective approaches with the team • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a similar field • 5+ years of project or program management experience, including at least 1 year supporting or working within the People function • Experience scoping projects from scratch, breaking work into parts, sequencing it, and defining ownership before work starts • Highly collaborative with strong stakeholder management skills • Experience managing difficult stakeholder dynamics and keeping work moving through disagreement • Ability to anticipate risks and dependencies before they become delays • Proactive self-starter who identifies what needs to happen next and takes it on without waiting for direction • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex work easy to understand for any audience • Comfort with ambiguity and the persistent drive to resolve it • Effective at resolving or appropriately escalating roadblocks • Experience with project-management and collaboration platforms • Fluency with Monday and Confluence preferred • Demonstrated success streamlining and automating with technology and AI • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred • Must answer whether visa sponsorship will be required now or in the future • At least 1 year of experience supporting a People/HR function or working directly in HR
