📋 Description

• Build OpenLoop's technical content function from the ground up as the first hire in the function • Focus on new and emerging platforms and lead how clients understand and leverage new technology • Turn product roadmaps and release notes into client-facing and internal documentation • Create client feature release newsletters • Lead client- and platform-related communications, including supporting Customer Success with partner newsletters • Manage the client-facing knowledge base • Convert client and internal stakeholder feedback into clear notes for the product team • Build and manage automation and AI workflows that transform product release notes into client-facing and internal deliverables • Develop internal AI within the platform growth team to identify focus areas across customer enablement, Customer Success, sales, and marketing • Build internal AI tools to track growth opportunities in intake conversion rate optimization programs • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of technical writing or similar business-to-business writing experience • 5+ years of professional experience • Strong command of AI, with the ability to build workflows that incorporate multiple steps and multiple teams • Strong written and verbal communication, with an ability to work effectively with multiple teams • Strong command of technology, with the ability to make complex product and technical concepts easy to understand • Healthcare experience preferred, but not required • Ability to work in the United States; the application asks whether visa sponsorship is required
