📋 Description

• Own the partner network end to end across 20+ pharmacy fulfillment partners • Serve as the primary contact for relationships, capacity, product and formulary coverage, and performance • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with pharmacy partners • Source, cold-outreach, qualify, and onboard new pharmacy partners • Maintain medication coverage across all 50 states and close coverage gaps • Manage partner capacity against demand forecasts and provide forward visibility • Support partner onboarding and integration with the Systems & Formulary team • Establish repeatable processes, partner scorecards, and network documentation • Visit partner sites periodically to verify capability, quality, and compliance • Partner cross-functionally with Demand & Supply Planning, Systems & Formulary, Patient Support, and Licensing & Credentialing • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 6+ years in vendor, partner, supplier, or network management, with direct ownership of a partner portfolio • Working knowledge of 503A compounding pharmacy operations, including state licensure, compounding capability, and medication-specific capacity variation • Demonstrated independent ownership of pricing and commercial negotiations • Track record sourcing and qualifying new partners from scratch, including cold outreach • Comfortable establishing process, standards, and documentation where little exists • Strong cross-functional communication with operational, clinical, technical, and finance audiences • Comfortable in a fast-moving, flat-structure environment with shifting priorities and a high-touch relationship load • Willingness to travel to partner sites approximately every 4–6 weeks
