📋 Description

• Coordinate and schedule complex phone, video, and in-person interviews across multiple global time zones • Ensure comprehensive preparation for candidates and hiring panels • Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, including arranging travel and responding to inquiries • Provide thoughtful solutions to scheduling challenges • Facilitate global offer and onboarding processes • Create accurate offer letters and update template databases • Initiate region-specific background checks in compliance with local regulations • Maintain accurate candidate and employee records using applicant tracking and human resources information systems • Support data integrity and reporting needs • Serve as a dedicated resource for new hires and hiring managers throughout onboarding • Drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition operations • Audit compliance requirements, manage contract procurement, and participate in process optimization initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of prior experience working as a Recruiting Coordinator • Located in the Eastern Time Zone and able to support across multiple time zones spanning EMEA, UK, and the US • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and manage complex logistics with a high degree of organization and attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization • Capability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and discretion • Proficiency in standard office productivity tools, such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email platforms • Preferred: Hands-on experience using applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse • Preferred: Working knowledge of human resources information systems such as Workday • Preferred: Experience with data management or ticketing systems such as Zendesk • Preferred: Familiarity with global hiring practices, local employment compliance, and background check protocols • Preferred: Proactive approach to identifying operational inefficiencies and participating in process improvement initiatives
