📋 Description

• Build high-throughput services that inspect live traffic and terminate and analyze TLS in the data path • Develop streaming and distributed systems with near-zero latency • Take capabilities from rough idea through production and operate them against latency and reliability targets • Instrument systems to demonstrate performance and reliability • Harden systems to withstand real load and failure • Lead a functional area end to end, setting technical direction and making key technical decisions • Design, build, ship, and operate production systems and front ends • Own production outcomes and system behavior under real-world conditions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven, demonstrable proficiency using AI tools and agents as a force multiplier • 5–7+ years building and operating production services and front ends • End-to-end ownership experience for systems serving real users • Hands-on experience with TLS/MITM inspection and security-sensitive edge cases • Track record of reducing latency in streaming and distributed systems • Experience investigating p99 tail latency in production under load • Strong command of Go, Rust, or TypeScript/Node for backend development • React/TypeScript front-end expertise • Deep working knowledge of HTTP, TLS, gRPC/REST, and asynchronous/streaming I/O
