📋 Description

• Build a governed lead-intake platform that validates, de-duplicates, obtains consent for, and enriches leads from web forms, portals, webinars, events, partners, and imports • Develop AI-native lead qualification using product usage, Academy progress, web behavior, intent, and firmographic signals • Build intelligent lead routing based on territory, capacity, availability, and priority, with explainable decision records • Ensure dependable lead hand-offs from capture through first touch and surface stalled follow-ups • Provide Marketing Operations with a self-service campaign layer for routing, priority, and nurture configuration • Expose platform data and actions through an MCP server for internal agents and assistants • Enforce consent and suppression as a single source of truth and stream signals and decisions into OPSWAT Data Master • Build resilient integrations with SugarCRM, email service providers, visitor identification, enrichment systems, and My OPSWAT • Use OPSWAT Agentic SDLC as the primary production coding platform while maintaining quality, security, and documentation • Own and maintain HubSpot integrations with SugarCRM, Salesloft, My OPSWAT, 6sense, web forms, and the Forms API during transition • Triage and permanently resolve integration incidents • Build the Forms Gateway pull-forward and interim Salesloft enrollment connector • Reconcile HubSpot and platform data during the parallel run to identify drift before cutover

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field • 6+ years building and operating production backend systems, with at least 3 years in Python • Recent, daily experience building software with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot agent mode, Codex, or similar • Production support of a marketing automation platform's integrations, preferably HubSpot; Marketo or Pardot considered • Experience with APIs, data models, and CRM synchronization • Production experience with event-driven and durable-execution patterns, including message queues, outboxes, idempotency keys, and replay • Hands-on integration engineering with REST, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, rate limits, and retries • Strong PostgreSQL skills, including schema design, JSONB, partitioning, Alembic migrations, and query performance • Cloud deployment on Azure or AWS, including containers, Terraform or Bicep, GitHub Actions CI/CD, secrets management, and observability • Experience shipping LLM features with structured outputs, evaluation discipline, confidence thresholds, fallbacks, and guardrails • Excellent written and spoken English • SugarCRM logic hooks and REST API or another CRM server-side extension model; Salesforce Apex or triggers transferable • Marketing technology knowledge, including lead scoring and routing, consent and suppression, deliverability, ESP warm-up, and campaign attribution
