📋 Description

• Calling every new inbound lead within five minutes of them opting in. Speed to lead is the single biggest factor in whether a lead ever becomes a client, and it is the heart of this role • Working leads across phone, SMS and iMessage, holding a real conversation rather than reading a script at someone • Qualifying against our criteria, a home service business, doing $1M a year or more, with the decision maker on the call • Booking qualified prospects into the closers’ calendars, then confirming them so they actually show up • Chasing no-shows and rescheduling them, a booked call that does not show is worth nothing to anyone • Working the aged lead database as well as the new leads, there is real money sitting in leads from 30, 60 and 90 days ago • Keeping the dashboard updated in real time, so nothing is double-called and nothing is forgotten • Handing over clean notes to the closer, so they walk into the call already knowing the business, the problem, and what was promised

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in phone-based sales, appointment setting, SDR or a similar role • Comfortable with high call volume every day, this is a phone role and the phone does not stop • Clear, confident spoken English and an easy manner with tradespeople and business owners • Thick skinned and consistent, you can take a rough call and dial the next one straight after • Organised, you follow the process rather than keeping it in your head • Honest in qualification, booking an unqualified call to hit a number costs everyone downstream • Bonus: experience setting for an agency, coaching or another high ticket offer
