📋 Description

• Process benefit verification or authorization for all new referrals with speed and accuracy • Support patients referred to Option Care Health to receive specialty medications • Work directly with payers to understand benefit design and interpret medical policies • Obtain required authorizations • Communicate coverage details and outcomes to Patient Access staff to support timely and accurate onboarding • Assist Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as needed • May perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required • Minimum of two years of experience in Benefits Verification OR Authorizations related experience • Must reside in either Mountain Time or Pacific Time Zones • Ability to multi-task and support numerous referrals/priorities at one time • Ability to work in a fast past environment • High degree of self-discipline in maintaining productivity expectations • Must be detail-oriented and have a high degree of quality focus
