📋 Description

• Research, identify, and allocate all payments • Post and distribute cash accurately and within required time frames • Post all payments and denials received from lock box into the system • Balance daily cash receipts against lock box totals and submit to the Reimbursement Manager for approval • Complete the Cash Reconciliation daily and make all entries into KIS • Run accounts receivable reports for month-end reporting • Review Cash Reconciliation and KIS entries • Run reports as needed or requested for the Reimbursement Manager • Identify and immediately report bad debt, billing, collection, payer/insurance, or patient issues that could impact accounts receivable • Conform to applicable internal controls and compliance requirements

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Basic level skill in Microsoft Excel • Basic level skill in Microsoft Word • Previous Infusion Reimbursement or Intake/Admissions experience preferred
