📋 Description

• Assist in rolling out the GE Vernova Contractor EHS Management TS2026 roadmap by developing templates, standardized formats, and procedural documentation • Direct daily activities of the Advanced Prep Team, including task prioritization, problem-solving, scheduling, and cross-functional Business Unit collaboration • Drive performance through KPI tracking and identification of operational improvement opportunities • Lead standardization of ComplyWorks and third-party account SOPs, digital toolkits, and centralized file structures • Develop and maintain monthly account performance reports • Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders and ComplyWorks • Manage inquiries, resolve escalations, and coordinate communications across EHS and Sourcing communities • Support the ComplyWorks tool improvement roadmap by developing databases, tracking project completion, and coordinating with the Contractor Management Leader, Digital Technology Strategy, ComplyWorks, and stakeholders • Update “Learning Bits” and revise training modules • Maintain ComplyWorks user training materials • Maintain communication bulletins in ComplyWorks for contractors and management regarding the EHS Supplier Guide rollout • Support rollout and sustainment of the Contractor Performance Audit program, including maintaining databases and dashboards

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Contractor Management • Advanced knowledge of ComplyWorks and major third-party contractor management platforms • Strong ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights, monthly utilization reports, and performance metrics • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive standard work across global teams • Strong facilitation skills; ability to engage stakeholders at all levels to embed EHS priorities into daily operations • Deep knowledge of EHS customer requirements • Extensive proficiency in managing third-party compliance platforms (ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, VeriSource) and ComplyWorks • Ability to connect enterprise strategy to field execution, with a strong focus on data integrity, standardization, and process improvement • Ability to align diverse stakeholders across Business Units, Sourcing, Digital Technology, and external stakeholders • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment
