📋 Description

• Support the director by overseeing strategic initiatives and managing special projects • Ensure effective communication across the manufacturing department • Maintain a robust pipeline of gross cost-savings initiatives • Lead development and maintenance of the Cost Transformation Management system • Develop analytical tools and performance reporting to improve data visibility and decision-making • Collaborate with the Senior Manufacturing and Manufacturing Transformation Director on strategic plans for manufacturing sites • Oversee execution of key initiatives and projects aligned with organizational goals • Support strategy deployment and facility five-year SBP • Provide leadership and guidance to manufacturing teams • Own business processes for the North America Manufacturing Management System, including accountability processes, strategy deployment, and leader standard work • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration • Represent the Senior Manufacturing Director in meetings and communications as needed • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for the Senior Manufacturing Director • Monitor and analyze manufacturing operations and provide improvement recommendations • Lead manufacturing cost-transformation activities and strategies • Own development of a three-year cost-savings pipeline • Lead and coordinate workshops to generate ideas for closing current-year gaps and filling the future pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• BA or BS required • MBA or MS preferred • 10+ years of experience, ideally with experience in several functions and/or areas of supply chain • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of driving results and fostering an inclusive work environment • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence mill managers and senior leaders • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously • Proficiency in project management tools and software • Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation • Ability to travel up to 15% for benchmarking and best-practice sharing across North America • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment • Employment subject to verification of pre-screening tests, which may include drug screening, background check, and DMV check
