📋 Description

• Support the Senior Manufacturing and Manufacturing Transformation Directors with strategic planning and execution • Oversee strategic initiatives and special projects across manufacturing sites • Support manufacturing strategy deployment and facility 5-year SBP • Provide leadership and guidance to manufacturing teams • Own business processes for the North American Manufacturing Management System, including accountability processes, strategy deployment, and leader standard work • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration • Represent the Senior Manufacturing Director in meetings and communications • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents • Monitor and analyze manufacturing operations and recommend improvements • Lead manufacturing cost transformation activities • Develop and maintain a 3-year pipeline of cost-savings initiatives • Lead workshops to generate ideas for current-year gaps and future pipeline • Develop and maintain the Cost Transformation Management system • Develop analytical tools and performance reporting to improve data visibility and decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• BA or BS required • MBA or MS preferred • 10+ years of experience, ideally with experience in several functions and/or areas of supply chain • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of driving results and fostering an inclusive work environment • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence mill managers and senior leaders • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously • Proficiency in project management tools and software • Ability to support a 24/7 operation with variable scheduled hours • Flexibility to travel up to 15% across North America • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment • Employment subject to pre-screening tests, which may include drug screening, background check, and DMV check
