📋 Description

• Engage with patients, referral sources, sales, pharmacy, and nursing to coordinate discharge and secure nursing and delivery • Create, communicate, and obtain all required documentation for new referrals • Secure patients’ upfront payment, including identifying payment avenues and directing patients to financial assistance programs • Support ongoing activities to ensure clean claims on hold and denial management, including following up on missing paperwork • Assist Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as needed • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required • Minimum of two years of experience in related experience required • Ability to multi-task and support numerous referrals/priorities at one time • Ability to work in a fast past environment • Must be detail-oriented and have a high degree of quality focus • High degree of customer service skills required • Ability to trouble shoot, problem solves and collaborate with cross-functional team members across sales and operation functions • Previous healthcare/medical billing or Intake experience preferred
