📋 Description

• Engage with patients, referral sources, sales, pharmacy, and nursing to coordinate discharge and secure nursing and delivery • Create, communicate, and obtain all required documentation for new referrals • Secure patients’ upfront payments and direct them to financial assistance programs when needed • Support ongoing activities to ensure clean claims on hold and denial management, including following up on missing paperwork • Assist the Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as needed • Provide a seamless transition into specialty infusion services and a consistent, high-quality experience for patients and referral partners

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in California • In-depth knowledge of California payers • High school diploma or equivalent is required • Minimum of two years of related experience required • Ability to multi-task and support numerous referrals/priorities at one time • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented with a high degree of quality focus • High degree of customer service skills • Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and collaborate with cross-functional team members across sales and operations functions • Previous healthcare/medical billing experience preferred
