📋 Description

• Engage with patients, referral sources, sales, pharmacy, and nursing to coordinate discharge and secure nursing and delivery • Create, communicate, and obtain all required documentation for new referrals • Secure patients’ upfront payment and assist patients in finding payment avenues when needed • Identify opportunities and direct patients to financial assistance programs • Support ongoing activities for clean claims on hold and denial management, including following up on missing paperwork • Assist the Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as needed • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required • Minimum of two years of related experience is required • Ability to multi-task and support numerous referrals and priorities simultaneously • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented with a high degree of quality focus • High degree of customer service skills • Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and collaborate with cross-functional sales and operations teams • Previous healthcare/medical billing experience preferred
