📋 Description

• Serve as the designated representative for assigned pharma programs and ensure delivery of the referral management process to external partners • Collaborate with the Clinical Product Support Team to understand assigned programs and contracted requirements • Deliver referral services according to contract obligations and KPI metrics • Communicate regularly with program representatives to provide referral coordination updates • Work with local and internal operational partners to implement and coordinate assigned referrals • Communicate daily with patients, providers, and assistance programs to support coordination, contract execution, and patient satisfaction • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure assigned tasks are completed • Initiate data and information collection and entry • Collect and report program information according to program requirements • Participate in business review presentations and contractually agreed meetings • Assist in developing SOPs, workflows, and project plans for assigned programs • Maintain positive relationships with pharma, HUB, operational, sales, and patient registration teams

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required • At least 1 year of experience in health insurance, specialty pharmacy, patient registration, or a similar role with external-facing responsibilities • Knowledge of insurance benefits verification and prior authorization in specialized pharmacy therapies preferred • Detail-oriented with a strong customer service focus • Effective interpersonal communication skills • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and collaborate with cross-functional team members and leadership • Proficient computer skills, including effective use of Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work on a personal computer or laptop for extended periods • One year of specialty pharmacy, home infusion, home care, or health insurance experience preferred
