📋 Description

• Lead multiple client engagements, driving measurable security outcomes and operational improvements • Serve as the primary technical advisor for Identity Security services • Translate business requirements into actionable Identity Security strategies and roadmaps • Drive service maturity through KPI analysis, operational metrics, and continual improvement initiatives • Provide expertise across IAM, PAM, Identity Governance, authentication, federation, and identity lifecycle management • Identify operational, governance, and security risks and recommend remediation strategies • Conduct service reviews, maturity assessments, and executive-level client presentations • Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to optimize service performance and client outcomes • Support pre-sales, solution reviews, and strategic client initiatives • Validate service delivery aligns with client expectations, contractual commitments, and security objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) • 8+ years of cybersecurity experience • Proven success leading client-facing engagements in consulting, managed services, or professional services environments • Deep experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Authentication and Federation, and Identity Lifecycle Management • Strong analytical skills with experience using KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics to drive improvements • Strong understanding of NIST CSF, CIS Controls, PCI, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills • Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders • Experience with cloud identity technologies across Azure, AWS, and/or GCP • Experience with leading Identity platforms, including CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust, SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID, and Okta • Experience in MSSP or Managed Security Services environments preferred • One or more certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CyberArk Certifications, SailPoint Certifications, or Microsoft Identity Certifications preferred
