📋 Description

• Assist employees with Qualified Life Events (QLEs), coverage questions, and new hire benefits questions • Facilitate employee requests for leave with the LOA vendor • Respond to questions from employees and the LOA vendor • Update absence records in Workday • Review payroll reports before handing them off to the Payroll Team • Provide operational support for Open Enrollment employee communications • Perform Workday testing • Update resource documentation as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with benefits and leave administration • Global benefits experience is a plus • Hands-on experience with Workday Benefits and Absence modules is strongly preferred • Working knowledge of HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA, applicable state/federal leave laws, and QLE processing • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strict adherence to confidentiality and handling of sensitive information • Immediate availability highly preferred • Preferably located in Pacific, Mountain or Central time zones • Background checks are required • Primary overlap with North American business hours • Ability to work a 60-day temporary assignment • Approved target hourly rate of $30.00–$40.00 USD/hour (W-2 contract)
