📋 Description

• Provide guidance to Sales and Customer Success on deal structuring, pricing, redlining, and contract management • Participate in deal reviews with Sales and Sales Leadership to support account-level pricing and deal-structuring strategy • Ensure deals are efficiently structured and processed in alignment with company policies • Review, interpret, and confirm contract terms and conditions • Collaborate with Finance and Legal to ensure contract accuracy and policy compliance • Draft, modify, and finalize contracts for new, add-on, and upsell Cloud Subscription Services business • Review and approve deals for customers and prospects • Anticipate issues and initiate resolution using professional judgment, policies, and procedures • Respond to Sales and Account Management queries regarding quoting tools and CRM systems • Participate in testing to support quoting-tool enhancements • Support Sales enablement through new-hire and ad hoc training • Drive efficiency and process improvements independently • Support commercial projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Requires a 4-year college degree • Minimum of 5 years professional experience in Deal Desk in a SaaS company • Experience supporting global / multinational customers and deals • Outstanding business partnering skills • Excellent understanding of Deal Support/Commercial topics, including pricing, deal structuring, and contracting • Familiarity with SaaS revenue recognition policies is a plus • Excellent understanding of commercial terms and conditions • Ability to acquire knowledge of Optro products and customer value • Ability to understand Optro's corporate goals and objectives • Ability to organize, prioritize, complete activities, and meet daily deadlines • Proficiency with Windows, Excel, Word, and CRM systems; Optro's SFDC and CPQ experience is a plus • Must be located within the Pacific Time Zone • Background check required
