• Lead, mentor, and scale the product marketing organization. • Drive the overarching go-to-market framework for Optro’s portfolio. • Synthesize complex technical capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with C-suite buyers. • Own the commercial architecture of our offerings. • Support the global ecosystem strategy with co-marketing programs and channel enablement. • Lead a dedicated function to monitor and analyze market shifts. • Support the customer advocacy function to integrate the voice of the customer.
• 12+ years of experience in Product Marketing (PMM) or Go-To-Market (GTM) roles, specifically within a B2B SaaS environment. • Industry expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or experience leading marketing at an AI-forward company. • A "leader of leaders" with a proven track record of empowering and coaching managers. • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner effectively across Product, Sales, and the broader C-suite. • Deep expertise across the core pillars of the role including Product, Partner, Competitive Intelligence, and Pricing. • Strong understanding of SaaS economics and revenue modeling; experience in Pricing Strategy is a significant plus. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
