📋 Description

• Provide medical and scientific support for Organon’s Dermatology programs • Engage in scientific exchange with Healthcare Professionals, Managed Markets Customers, and other medical and scientific experts • Identify pre-clinical, clinical, and post-marketing study investigators aligned with corporate objectives • Respond to customer inquiries with focused and balanced clinical and scientific information • Deliver clinical and scientific information that differentiates products • Provide clinical support and deliver data presentations regionally and nationally • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with HCPs, professional organizations, patient advocacy groups, payers, decision makers, and other stakeholders • Present data and conduct balanced peer-to-peer scientific dialogue on Organon’s products • Collaborate on scientific communication plans, medical-to-medical materials, and research collaborations • Support investigator-initiated trials and collaborate with Clinical Development on investigator selection and site performance • Assist with scientific training for Commercial and internal colleagues • Support speaker training and advisory boards • Represent Organon at national and regional medical meetings • Respond to unsolicited medical information requests while following policies and documentation requirements

🎯 Requirements

• PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA or equivalent education • 5 years clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry experience • Dermatology or Allergy/Immunology experience preferred • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with HCPs, decision makers, and organizations • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills • Ability to identify medical engagement opportunities and drive scientific engagement goals • Understanding of clinical research methodologies • Ability to independently evaluate and translate scientific material • Ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally up to approximately 50% • Ability to manage multiple programs, prioritize activities, and work independently • Experience presenting key messages to broad audiences including senior stakeholders • Ability to satisfy applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including vaccination prerequisites • Valid driving license listed as a job requirement field
