📋 Description

• Report to the District Business Manager • Drive product awareness and utilization • Achieve and exceed overall sales initiatives • Develop effective relationships and partner with physicians, staff, internal colleagues, and other pertinent parties within a defined territory • Use business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks • Develop disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals • Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals within the assigned geography with clinically relevant information • Prioritize opportunities using marketplace and reimbursement knowledge • Expand product demand through direct selling techniques and market strategies • Apply critical thinking and strategic thinking in a changing healthcare environment • Collaborate with field-based personnel to address customer needs • Engage healthcare office members through patient-focused clinical dialogue and total account management • Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and associated organizations • Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a quota-driven role • Preference for experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record • Sustained, high performance in current position and strong aptitude for learning • High sense of urgency, particularly regarding customer service orientation • Ability to travel as required by the specific territory • Ability to thrive in a highly driven, performance-based, fast-paced environment • Must be a US or Puerto Rico resident • Must satisfy applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including associated vaccination prerequisites
