📋 Description

• Own Azure DevOps administration, governance, and continuous improvement across the Engineering organization • Manage Azure DevOps project and organization structure, boards, work item processes, access model, and integrations with GitHub-hosted repositories • Diagnose and resolve Azure DevOps platform issues as the internal escalation point • Identify configuration drift and fragmented workflows, close governance gaps, and automate manual administration work • Support the broader Engineering Systems platform portfolio, including LaunchDarkly, Flyway, Cursor, Claude Code, and other tools • Use AI to accelerate platform analysis, generate automation scripts, produce enablement documentation, and surface platform insights • Build and maintain Azure DevOps configuration guides, workflow standards, governance how-tos, and onboarding materials • Maintain platform configuration documentation, standards repositories, governance requirements, workflow patterns, and access policies • Coordinate onboarding standards for new engineers, including environment setup guides, tooling provisioning checklists, and standards orientation materials • Track platform health, adoption metrics, support trends, and standards compliance • Maintain operational data for the Engineering Systems Manager and Director of Engineering Systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analysis, or a related field • Ability to legally work in the Dominican Republic • Strong English reading comprehension and written communication skills • 2–4 years of hands-on Azure DevOps administration experience, including project configuration, access control governance, and multi-team organizational structures • Deep hands-on experience administering Azure DevOps, including project/org configuration, access control and permission models, and board/area path structure • Strong scripting and automation skills, with proficiency in PowerShell and/or REST APIs • Working knowledge of Git branching strategies and Azure DevOps integration with GitHub-hosted repositories • Ability to diagnose root causes behind workflow requests and propose better solutions • Experience managing access controls and user provisioning across engineering platforms • Understanding of least-privilege principles and compliance evidence requirements • Strong organizational discipline and attention to detail • Clear written communication skills • Exposure to or willingness to learn LaunchDarkly, Flyway, Cursor, Claude Code, or other Engineering Systems platforms is preferred • Demonstrated use of AI development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code is preferred • Associates degree or equivalent preferred
