📋 Description

• Provide support for assigned manufacturer programs and therapies in collaboration with the Program Manager • Serve as a key contact for manufacturers, HUB and case management teams, prescribers, prescriber office staff, and patients • Provide concise and accurate patient status information • Participate in and facilitate manufacturer status update meetings • Ensure manufacturer contract obligations are met • Provide prompt follow-up on manufacturer inquiries • Build strong manufacturer relationships as part of the account team • Assist internal therapy teams with order processing and escalated cases as time allows • Ensure program requirements are met and programs operate as designed • Collaborate with internal specialty pharmacy program teams to expedite patient processing • Identify, investigate, and resolve escalated issues and complex reimbursement cases • Serve as point of contact for manufacturer field representatives, medical offices, and patients regarding assigned orders • Lead recurring calls with manufacturers alongside the Program Manager • Perform manufacturer-specific enhanced services, including specialized welcome calls and contractual patient calls • Identify potential delays in initial or refill shipments and develop strategies to expedite them or escalate to management • Prepare and review internal reports • Attend manufacturer, Program Manager, and therapy team meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in specialty pharmacy • In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of directly related experience will be considered • Experience working in manufacturer settings and/or with manufacturer account representatives • Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse customer base, including MD office staff and patients, strongly preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Experience providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers • Ability to react with a strong sense of urgency to prevent or resolve issues • Ability to work well in a team environment and support other team members • Ability to be detail-oriented and flexible with changing priorities • Ability to manage issue intake via phone and email and segregate urgent from non-urgent issues • Ability to identify solutions quickly and communicate results in a timely fashion • Ability to prioritize workload and adhere to established response times for urgent and non-urgent manufacturer issues • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to multitask and deliver on tight deadlines • Pharmacy Technician License preferred • National Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship or other employment support
