📋 Description

• Manage designated accounts within the specified territory by providing on-site consulting, guidance, and assistance to physicians and Operating Room personnel • Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on navigation technologies, associated equipment, and instruments at installations, trade shows, and labs • Develop training resources for hospital staff • Obtain product feedback from key surgeons and communicate it to product development teams • Analyze, resolve, and repair product issues • Provide prompt customer support through a comprehensive case-collecting process • Independently support Cranial and Spine cases and answer relevant queries • Lead evaluations, labs, demos, and installations • Train new Clinical staff on processes, procedures, and related responsibilities • Keep current with 7D (SeaSpine) and competitive Image Guided Surgery products and services • Support sales efforts with the Area Sales Manager by developing sales opportunities • Partner with cross-functional teams to sell clinical benefits and drive account growth and case volume

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in Nursing and other relevant fields • Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in medical device/navigation; or related experience • Experience in MRI & CT, intra-operative imaging, stereotactic navigation, optics, or robotics • Hands on experience in a hospital or OR setting • Experience in informatics – PACS, DICOM, networking • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Strong communication of technical subjects to a wide range of audiences • Quick analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Independent worker, strong work ethic, and self-motivated • Strong computer literacy • Ability and willingness to travel throughout the United States • Off-hours, weekend, and holiday support at times • Flexible day-to-day availability and schedule • Continuous and frequent travel is required • B.S. in Biomedical or Clinical based field is preferred • Knowledge of video integration and routing is preferred • Competency in leading evaluations is preferred • Proficient with ETQ documentation is preferred • Ability to successfully train new Clinical Specialist hires is preferred • Prior experience in sales or customer services is an asset • Proficient in PC software applications, including Microsoft Office
