📋 Description

• Assist Orthofix Territory Managers and distributors with patient education and device in-services • Provide direct, personal, and timely service representing Orthofix • Assist with patient fittings • Conduct educational meetings with patients and staff regarding Orthofix stimulation products • Explain benefits and patient responsibilities • Facilitate paperwork collection for order submissions • Handle patient phone calls • Collect and submit HIPAA-covered information related to orders • Lift and transport products to various sites • Travel within the territory by car, approximately 90% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent time management skills • Ability to present to individuals or larger groups • Ability to accurately maintain a monthly fitter log detailing patient fit, date and time, serial number, and device type • Ability to lift and transport products repetitively throughout each day • Lifting capacity of approximately 20–30 pounds • Approximately 90% travel within the territory by car • Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required when traveling by car • Regular attendance is required • Ability to collect and submit HIPAA-covered information related to orders
