• Responsible for the design, testing, implementation, and administration of the Workday HRIS and other HR technologies • Maintain proper change management documentation to satisfy the company’s internal/external audit controls and compliance practices • Support twice-annual upgrades and annual HCM processes, such as performance, calibration, and compensation review • Maintain day-to-day HRIS operations across the modules to support system governance and performance • Provide ad-hoc support to business and end users via cases and tickets logged in Workday Help • Proactively monitor new features released by Workday and advocate for appropriate adoption plans • Triage, diagnose, and resolve issues originating from end-users, business process events, and integration events • Lead and manage assigned projects: plan, design, build, test, release, learn • Create and maintain end-user training documentation
• 4+ years hands-on configuration experience in two or more modules in addition to Payroll • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis skills • Highly proficient in creating and editing business processes, custom reports and dashboards • Exceptional leadership, mentorship and communication skills to collaborate and guide users and project team members • Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant practical experience will be considered in lieu of degree
